Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Product images are representative only. They show the general style and configuration of the racking type selected but may differ in size and placement within the vehicle. 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be emailed to you on completion of your order. If you have created an account with us you'll also be able to find your sales receipts in the orders section of your account page.

How can I return an item?

Should you need to return an item please email us at sales@seriousracking.co.uk to arrange the return, or alternatively call us on 07947 744646.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, items listed as out of stock will usually be restocked asap. If a product is discontinued it will no longer be available on the website.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship our products nationwide across the UK including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
